The Rating Criteria in the table below has been updated to reflect the new standards for the Overall State Rating. To achieve an Overall "Good" Rating, a State must have a minimum of 1 Good Crash Measure, 1 Good Inspection Measure, and 0 Poor Measures.

The Rating Criteria in the table below is criteria that was used prior to the implementation of the new standards for the Overall State Rating. Previously, to achieve an Overall "Good" Rating a State was required to have a minimum of 1 Good AND 0 Poor Measures.
